Sooooooo...we have 3 weeks until April 15th and knowledge transfer is just starting......ummm I got personal days to burn and since I am only getting 40% of my vacation...might as well burn that to......Since I am being replaced by a highly skilled STEM worker from overseas I figure they should be able to catch on with the nice document I wrote and Those unfortunate enough to be given a reprieve of execution until June 30th will walk them through doing things the ccr/gts/BIG way.....Not feeling "KT"....

Sorry to hear that. From a person that relies on IT, We hate it when we call IT and get a person that cannot speak English. We have voiced this concern to upper management, but they obviously are not communicating this to Atlanta. I fill out the survey that comes to me after the support call and tell them "This is NOT WORKING". How can they fix my IT problems when we cannot even communicate. It's the Coke way, nothing will change.
Yea, never write anything down that you can't easily get rid of. I left nothing documentation wise when I was given the boot.
