Leadership wants idiots to post ridiculous comments about clothing and sexual orientation as it will make this board unvaluable and also change peoples views of the actual layoff/leadership comments. Keep the posts focused on hammering leadership and the way they are treating us. This is serious and our livelihoods.

Yes please. Good point. Until now the comments have been honest and, if anyone is listening, constructive in learning what the work force is really thinking. When you start name calling or making bigoted remarks that don't have anything to do with anything here it brings down the whole dialog and site. People who are mostly posting have invested their time and sweat equity here and obviously care about it to some extent.
