WFT customers are not fools. If they were dealing with WFT employees who had very good knowledge of the product line they were using, and those employees are no longer with the company, they will think twice and evaluate if WFT is capable of meeting their needs. You cannot replace experience with Orange hats and expect to maintain business.

Exactly what there doing, have 11.5 years wireline experience, open hole logging, cased hole logging and perforating, along with plug and perf operations. Got laid off, and replaced with someone that has 4 months oil and gas experience. He came here from Venuzala on a Weatherford sponsored work visa. They paid for him and is family to be moved here. The area manager that is making these decisions happens to be from the same country. I mainly feel for my clients that I have worked for the past 11.5 years, not getting the quality of work there paying for.
Laying off most experienced is exactly what they are doing in SLS and other product lines...the field people on a scale of 1/10 is 5 at best. ..WFT is not getting my business.
