Calgary office has started with layoffs on Monday and the word is 20% of the workforce will be cut.So far, 90 people were let go since the beginning of the week and the managers announced the biggest cuts to be Wednesday and Thursday.
Does anyone have any info on the severance packages ?
The majority of the people are saying COP gives between 2 weeks to a month of a gross salary x the years of service, based on the SGL (salary grade level).Also, the medical is payed for a month, an employee assistance program is being offered etc.
