According the the Wall Street Journal, today's hearing resulted in a short-term compromise in which CSAC continues to withhold CalGrant money, but will release it at the end of the quarter. The article also states that Heald's eligibility will likely end then; however, the article states there's also the possibility of it regaining eligibility if it can prove financial viability. http://www.wsj.com/articles/corinthians-heald-schools-wont-get-california-student-aid-until-april-1424471669

Heald already had issues in 2013/2014 with being ineligible for CalGrants: http://www.csac.ca.gov/pubs/forms/grnt_frm/2013_14_ineligible_cal_grant_schools.pdf
DOes the audit of financials include CCI's cut? Or are they only going to include the costs of Heald Management?
So CCI only gets the money if they survive the quarter. Makes sense.
So basically students will drop once toe if they get money by April. Heald dinged a bullet to get a grenade later.
