Heald management and lawyers need to quit playing the victim and own up to the fact that they have known since last August that they were on CSAC's radar. Eeva playing the "Heald financials don't exist" card is pathetic. The lawyer stating that "we never received one phone call or email." Really!?! Heald knowing that they are fully owned by CCI never thought that they should be proactive and contact CSAC? Nope. We are the victims. Very disappointing.
