Just a note how little Dreamworks management cares about the employees. I got a call from a recruiter who saw my name on a list of people who were invited to the job fair. No one in management had told me that I was being laid off, or that I should attend the job fair. I attended the job fair, and everyone I talked to said the same thing : "Your resume is amazing, why are you here?". My question exactly. Remember kids, people like Jeff Wike don't work at Dreamworks forever because they are good at their jobs, but because they are good at keeping their jobs. When I interviewed at Dreamworks Jeff got all emotional about how much he cares about all the people who work for him. Do not believer anything he says.
