Received a check with my remaining vacation hours on it after the layoff and realized that the company screwed me yet again. Turns out since my last day was 2/12 and they paid me through 2/15 previously they deducted out the amount they paid me for the 13-15 (even though two of those were weekend days I never would have worked). So thanks Weatherford for another shaft up the ass by screwing me out of my vacation days. In case you are wondering I was a salary employee not hourly and their logic makes no sense since I had a bi-monthly salary.

On the severance and 401K thats IRS rules. Your last 401K deduction comes when you work your last hours for a company, the severance isn't actually you working so it doesn't get deducted from that. Not defending this piece of crap company they still f***ing blow
With everyone getting screwed, why haven't condoms and birth control been provided at all locations?
And cheap as they are, they don't even deduct and match anything for your 401k from your severance pay.
Good to know, thanks for the heads up!
When you say "Wall Street" - what do you mean? It's an abstract term. Can you be more specific, who's predicting it, what kind of data they have to support the forecast, what's their track record with predicting BKs, etc.
Consider it a blessing! There's a 58% chance Weatherford will go bankrupt in 24 months based on Wall Streets new projections. Good luck to you!
Good luck to you. Weatherford is gonna crash and burn. Karma ' s a bitch!!!!
