They did a similar experiment at Navigation and it ended up costing a lot of machinist their jobs. A lot of machinist were let go in the 1st round of layoffs because of this scheme.

Wow. What a bad management style not to mention the lack of leadership in tough situations. Right now what one doesn't need is more insecurity and making people fear their job, and once trust is lost, productivity will be lost as well. Makes me double glad I got laid off. Here is to better opportunities and a better life after BHI.
It means that managers are threatening to layoff those whose production is not up to par. Which affects the assembly and machinist departments because they have to maintain a certain percent of production every day
What does this mean?
Its another scheme to have something to fire people. I don't think that the random drug testing was very effective in getting rid of people
