CCI is talking to BK attorneys and is planning on filing Chapter 7 BK by the end of the month. It looks likely that a criminal complaint will be filed against CCI management along with CCI being behind on the bills. The lawyers have NOT been paid for defending the CA lawsuit. Heald has lost Cal Grants and CCI doesn't have the money to hire lawyers to contest the CA cal grant suspension.

Well they just filed bankruptcy for the Canadian division and CA denied their appeal for release of grant money until the end of April. Can't be long before the rest of CCi files too. Jacks money making empire is crumbling right before his eyes. Of course he really don't care because he made his millions and will never have to do anything else for the rest of his life. Just continue living like a millionaire.
Might not make it to the end of the month with CA stopping grant money and now the Canadian schools closed down today, there's no money coming in to CCi. They won't make payroll let alone operating any schools. I guess the 35 remaining schools will never survive or be sold. I feel bad for all the employees that that were hoping for a miracle. Bankruptcy by the end of February or sooner.
790- All corporations also employ external attorneys for a wide variety of assignmnets. I suspect that CCI has enough legal work for a small army of lawyers. It is also reasonable to conclude that CCI does not have the funds to pay for all of the legal help that they need.
What other choice do they have at this point?

NO joke...why spread lies? You idiot, CCi doesn't have to worry about finding lawyers for the lawsuits they already employ them on staff like all corporations do.
