Bobby I think you are the kind that have an easy job, where you sit on your ass all day in front of a computer getting paid 30 dollars an hour. I think that's why this website bothers you so much. You do not want anybody disturbing the status quo of such cushioned job as yours. You and the top 10% of management should take pay cuts if Baker really concerns you. Bob, while you are still having a job, sign up for a class in compassion and other soft skills. They may come in handy on your resume when you have been laid off and then follow your own advice and stay off this site.

Don't worry. In a few year the whole industry will be shouting about the Great Crew Change and that we have a very large talent shortage. This lie has been told for decades now. The personnel shortage is the biggest single threat to increasing oil and gas supplies in 2018. But 2015 we just have to lay off many of you so we can repeat the personnel shortage due to the Great Crew Change later.

It's not all 'just business' - there is a group of people at the top who treat this company as they own it when in fact they do not, they are just employees like us. so, it's not just and that's why people do not like it. we like fairness and justice

Yo bob. Your right. No doubt. But to be honest it's not about the money. It's about bhi not being in control and allowing this take over. We the people of bhi made bhi to what it is today. Not the bosses, not the share holders. All the respect we have given and life we all sacrificed to make this happen and the pride we had doing this.
