Be sure to check the positions on list vs working employees. The general list has employees who are not on the list and still working. Noone will ever know their status and keep working. HR will not respond.

This is what says: If you are age 40 or over or work in West Virginia, applicable law requires the Company to provide you information about this employment termination program. The Company is providing you with information showing the number of employees who are eligible and ineligible for the benefits described in the General Release, by age and job title. Employees are "eligible" for the employment termination program because the Company selected them for termination and because they are eligible for offered exit benefits. Employees listed as "ineligible" are ineligible either because they will not be terminated, or because they are not eligible otherwise for the benefits of this program. The footnotes indicate the reasons that certain individuals are not otherwise eligible for the benefits of this program as well as other information. This decisional unit for this employment termination program is your Area Group. The Company selected employees for termination based on job elimination, performance, and job skills. The Company is providing information to you regarding the class, unit, or group considered in the selection decision for the employment termination program applicable to you, as well as information regarding other classes, units, or groups similarly evaluated by higher or comparable levels of management.

Employees are eligible for severance pay and paid medical benefits as set forth in the documentation provided with this General Release. Employees selected for the involuntary employment termination program have 45 days to consider the General Release before signing and 7 days (15 in Minnesota) to revoke after signing. Employees eligible for the Voluntary Early Exit Incentive Program have 17 days to decide to volunteer, and the Company will notify volunteers whether they are accepted for the program 7 days after the end of the application period. Employees accepted into the program have 45 days from the date they first received the General Release to sign and return the General Release and 7 days (15 in Minnesota) to revoke after signing. Employees may retract participation in the Voluntary Early Exit Incentive Program until the effective date of the General Release as those terms is stated in the revocation section of the General Release.

Have not looked at the layoff list. It pretty much gives you all the information you need except employees names. Go to weatherford. Com/owbpa. Find your location and job description and then your age
