CCi's refusal to provide financial statements and failure to appeal the delisting notice kind of makes me wonder what they are hiding...

If they aren't hiding anything then they should just hire some accountants and produce financials. Period. All it takes is full disclosure to dismiss my skepticism.

And it won't end with the bankruptcy of CCI either. Investors and creditors will be coming in soon as well. Jack and his pals are in for a long, long and painful experience. They ran the company into the ground, told the govt to f*** itself, lied to investors, cheated its customers. Oh this is going to be fun.
It's actually BILLIONS of dollars, not merely millions. This is fraud on a massive scale.
Imagine if you or I had a scheme where we took millions of dollars of federal money, failed to provide required documentation, and then misled investigators for months at a time. We'd be called Libertarian heroes. And we'd probably go to jail at some point, too.
Right on. There really should be a massive investigation into how CCI stole millions from taxpayers and what they did with it followed by prosecution and jail time.
They have been actively hiding info for months and months. That's why the ED and the NCFPB laid the hammer down. Scumbags should be in jail.
This is why ALL CCI executives must spend time in jail. This also a very good reason for ECMC to completely cut ties with any CCI personnel RVPO and above.
Would like to know how they have been spending the federal funds they have been receiving for the last year.
