Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

BHI corruption and lies occur within management

I was laid off and held a salary position. I saw corruption and lies occur within management. Those were the same ones who decided the layoffs. I stood up for what wasn't right because it went against my values. I embrace this as a challenge in my life to be an overcomer. I appreciate the small severance that we got. But the bad times have just started at BHI. More people will get stomped on by management trying to save their own jobs, and I hate that for my friends. I was a believer in BHI. But I know what's coming. I'm just trying to cope with the anger that I feel right now with the lies that I've seen. I honestly don't know how some can sleep at night. But I will overcome and my kids will survive through this.-

Baker start falling down when THE SLB loser took that position to introduce On Baker. And loser are introducing more losers, more and more and more losers in. This is what we have todaupy.

Many high level management has side business are doing business with Baker, or supporting our competitor.... Loyalty? A joke!

I worked for beloved BHI for 25 years. Once a very proud employee. Once Shithead took the helm it was time to go. Moved over to Hal and at 57 and got canned in early Feb. I have finally learned the lesson that loyalty is worth nothing to those who suck the streets private parts at the quarterly call meetings over oppulent meals, joint ass kissing, and general good old boy behaviour. The younger folks are correct. Forget loyalty, fend for yourself. I just wish I would have realised this years ago. Stick with a private company where they know your name and appreciate your contribution.

"I was a believer in BHI" - so many of us were believers, so many of us lost that faith
