Can anyone actually ask that question to someone up high? We need to separate the duties before we lose all the good instructors.

More non-teaching duties, no pay raises, and no regard or respect from the two clowns who masquerade as my PD and PL. It's not going to change for the better, so I'm resigning. I wanted to stay until the end of the winter quarter, but there's no point. Screw this.
six instructors just said screw it and are not doing it...they're just teaching until let go but not making the calls... waste of time i'm sure.. and i'm sure they'll be let go but who cares they're no longer putting in 100% anyways... just a little extra cash until it's over...
The school is a sham anyways....... TS in Tampa is a joke, and her daughter is a bigger dope.. Ohhh wasn't TS son in law also an employee who was fired for stupid crap.... guess its a family thing...stupid runs deep
Have you ever tried to round up 20-30 chickens that are running free? That is what it is like to get all the students in a class at the same time. I challenge the best instructors to prove me wrong, especially for the entire term. We are automatically set up for failure.

We now have to call on Mondays as well. I end up calling and emailing the same students three times a week.

They are not telemarketers. They just need to call their absnt students. No absent students= no calls. Get it?
And any other duties as assigned. Too late, most are already gone.
