Age Discrimination Law suite filed by 14 folks after 2012 layoff

Law suit filed Wed Feb 12, 2015 implies employees 40 & older were laid off at much higher rate and hiring younger workers to take their place.

The plaintiffs all signed a release in return for severance. Now they're saying that the releases were invalid, so they get to keep the severance and sue anyway. They have an uphill battle.
