Don't hold your breath! Increases in pay are unlikely any time soon. The 2024 VRP was mostly about getting rid of experienced (ie expensive) people and either not replacing those staff at all and spreading the extra work among remaining staff with no extra pay or downgrading those positions with cheaper alternatives.
