VERP offering in 2025?

Any insights or predictions on whether they’ll offer a package this coming year?

Reviving this hope. Mid Oct is investor meeting. Elliott basically boots Martha. New CEO in the door by December. Cost cutting and off shoring targets like Medtronic has never seen (and that's saying something). Fiscal Q4 VERP. Any wagers?

Early retirement packages are cheaper for MDT than severance packages so it’s a good deal for MDT.

I doubt its this year. I've noticed a lot of "musical chairs" reorgs on my campus. At least they are not RIF'in people.

I wouldn't sit around waiting for it. They don't do it every year, or even on a predictable schedule. They do it when they absolutely must do it, and they also do not want people sitting around "waiting" for it and warming seats worsening the company's performance even more. The decision maker is the VP of Total Rewards.
