My predictions for F5 For 2025....

Profit FLD will still be CEO during the entire year.

India's headcount will increase by 400 during the year..

US headcount will decrease by 471.

IF there is a bonus, it will be insignificant.

Merit increases if any won't match cost of living increases during hte year...

RSUs - for many you will likely be RIFd before they are allocated.

Mental Health days revolving around the weekend will be a thing of the past....

Depression will continue to run rampant...

Plans will continue to move the Seattle HQs to India by 2027....

2023: No salary increase.
2024: No salary increase.
2025: Resignation.

Employee: I’m submitting my resignation.

Employee: Based on my skills, I’ve accepted another offer with a significant salary
increase.

Manager: We’ll match the offer. Stay with us, we need you!

Employee: Sorry, it’s too late. I joined a company that valued me before I had to leave.

They will being wellness weekends "in line" with other companies and get rid of them for FY26, but as a 'bonus' they'll move PTO to unlimited removing more value from the employee.

When are we going to smarten up an unionize? There are tech unions, people!
