No end of year bonus? No Christmas party? No holiday party? Did you dress up? Did you enjoy fine dining at an event?
Or did they bring you pizza or terrible catering while you’re working? That’s not a Christmas party.
Sorry you guys are stuck working for a struggling company. Now is the time to apply for places that will appreciate you. Not tell you you’re lucky to be employed by them.
Companies begin their hiring process in January to March.
This company will not get better. Same directors, VPs and executives that drove it into the ground are still in their positions or higher.
Clean house of these people. Get yourselves proven educated human resource members.
Or don’t and just drown.
