Patience is the mother of virtue...so be patient, and consider this : Maybe they will drop the axe on the failing Bigwigs at band 10 and beyond, like the incompetents F&O and CIO leaders, the huge numbers of unnecessary IBM Consulting Partners, Distinguished Engineers and Managers and even the rotten, incompetent CHRO who can't do her job but is kept on because of DEI.
DEI is what IBM is all about now under Alvind and that changes around January 20 when Uncle Trump gets sworn in in. Maybe there will be a new IBM CHRO in India next ! After all, that's where Modi wants the IBM jobs to be and Alvind had better listen if he knows what's good for his future and wants another medal on his chest.
