Is it s-xist when 16 out of 17 promotions in one department are from the same s-x? Is it s-xist when a certain gender is getting skip level promotions, despite not having the necessary experience? Not sure how a lawsuit hasn't been filled yet.

Who is the head of the WIT snake now that SR is gone?
Nobody will fix this, because it requires high level (read: SLT) culpability. It's easier to shift responsibility thru a reorg, and put someone in a corner until they leave or make the wrong mistake.
SM’s direct report belong to WIT because they do not have nothing to do. The days they are at work, they might as well do something so they are with WIT.
Bug eyes will not fix this but DG will.
was there a recent layoff? do you mind sharing the impacted team. are they paying severance?

Under SM white males have a zero chance. Look at recent layoffs for proof. SR’s philosophy and radical WIT beliefs live on. AA doesn’t seem to be bothered by it.
These product managers and agile leaders are in ICS under SM.
Guessing it to be product folks where bartenders, baristas & pole dancers flourish and advance by claiming they have managed a large customer base. The hiring team simply post job openings on portals but end up promoting unqualified individuals.
we take pride in 165 yrs culture. If we continue to follow the current workplace practices, we won't have a history to reflect on in another 165 yrs....
