Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Circumstances demand quick thinking and visionary leadership

Ours is reactive, and at glacial speed at that, instead of proactive and willing to take calculated risks. If they had ever faced consequences for their bad decisions and inability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing conditions, they might have finally woken up from their slumber. God forbid become truly innovative. Given the way things are now, I don't see a path to a bright future.

BF/JF/&DF are in no way innovative or even inspiring. they are boring to listen too.

  1. what kind of CEO goes out and trashes his own workforce? Like JF thinks he is in the same class as a Iacocca or Bob Lutz... sorry but he could not even shine their shoes..

When Alan was running things the Vison was very clear...and his plan was one everyone understood.
JF takes no responsibility for his actions he deflects blame. He has lost the confidence of the people who work for him. his list of accomplishments is like an empty bookshelf.
when is Wall Street going to dump the stock?
No realistic vision or plan. just Mr. Rourke and Tattoo.. waiting for the plane
