Before Shell can layoff Citizens, they should first remove foreigners in visa. We cannot have willing Americans be available and not given the opportunity. If you are laid off, ask for data on this, not just the Bull Cr-p Age based information they share.

What if that non-citizen has more experience then citizen applicants and has consistently outperformed 80% of peers?
