I'm not eager to leave but I know several people who would be more than happy to walk away with severance. I don't see the downside of this. People who don't want to be here would be gone, and people who actually like their jobs and want to stay would still be here.

Who would volunteer for VSP that offers 1 week per year served? VSP is for leadership who isn’t cheap, and Nielsen ain’t it.
