So you’re saying unqualified people of color, women and LGBQ are the only unqualified people running the company? This is why this DEI title of this post is the d-mbest thing on here. Again, stop listening to those political talking heads and you can see how it has zero to do with DEI and everything to do with horrible leadership within the company.

This is the d-mbest post I’ve seen on this site. You don’t even understand what the term woke means and the problem isn’t DEI, it’s horrible leadership within the company. Stop listening to those political talking heads and listen and learn what’s really going on in PepsiCo.
Holding on to being “woke” is just another out of date mistake being made. Discrimination is alive and well here under the guise of DEI. Many companies have given this up by now.
I remember at Parkwood in Plano about 7 years ago a foreign worker from an undeveloped third world country brought Tuberculosis back with them after a visit home. A stone age disease in the 21st century. I remember seeing the emails from HR alerting everyone to this. After that, I never set foot in Parkwood again.

DEI along with the woke agenda will be the death of this company!! Ma Indra started outsourcing everything and now MBS can't even get our bills paid as we continue the war against admins. VRP and continuous reorgs drain our ranks of the people who actually know how the company runs and leave it to directors who were interns 3 years ago as nepotism and favoritism run wild promoting the unqualified. Market share dwindles as we continue to push unhealthy chips and sips of sugar water. Soon to be a has been Corporation.
I work my butt off 50-60 hrs a week. At 3:00 pm, the break area is filled with foreign workers taking their daily break and speaking in their language. PepsiCo is no longer an American brand and has put them in charge with nothing we can do. Aged white males are now the minority at PepsiCo
Despite how you well you do, the company penalizes based on age first, race second.
I have watched many unqualified young, females being promoted over qualified people.
