MDT is indeed pushing to hire from MEIC and not local US employees.
Majority of the work will soon be done in India. It’s time for us strike to prevent our jobs from being outsourced.
Yup hard work doesn't matter, you are a number in a spreadsheet to cut cost in labor expense at the end of the day. You will be replaced by outsourcing once your salary gets too high. The false narrative is to create shareholder value but this company is sinking.

And no, hard work doesn't help. It only makes you look like a fool.
