This used to be a great workplace. When did it all go to he-l?

"when" you ask? 2-0-0-9.
It was a never a great workplace. 25 years ago before Indra it was still toxic. It was an old boy's club that ran the place like a Frat House. What mattered was who you played golf with, who you partied with on the weekends, what you knew about someone else, who you fooled around with, who HR covered for etc. etc. You were either in the Frat , and got all the raises and promotions, or you weren't in the Frat and got the bare minimum.
Under Indra, when she started our outsourcing journey.
When jobs were given to favorable foreigners (friends, family, etc.) and US workers were replaced by them.
Clarify the previous post. Unqualified female. Also, when HR turned corporate and is a tool for leadership and no longer support the common worker.
When you put only a$$ kissers in charge and effort/results are no longer important. When you are no longer evaluated on how well you perform for the company, but how well you make your next two upper levels look. When you promote incompetence to leadership levels. When minorities (female, foreigners, legacy, etc.) are placed above the Code of Conduct/Code of Ethics are untouchable and put in charge.
