Is there any link for external folks to check Cisco employee medical benefits,
like the plan options, copay, deductibles and out of pocket maximum.

There isn’t one. HR or your recruiter should be able to share that info w/ you if you ask. Cisco subsidizes your medical coverage, but if you need to cover a spouse or kids, there’s no subsidy. They have a PPO plan or a high deductible health savings plan as your options thru UHC & MetLife dental. VSP for vision. They have all the usual ESPP, 401(k) matching, life ins, long/short term disability, etc.
Copays are typical, but the deductibles & out of pocket maximums are plan dependent & whether it’s just employee, employee & spouse, employee & kids, or employee & family.
