They don’t care about their employees and need to change their “people first” motto. The new sr. leadership has an ulterior motive and it really is all who you know. The decades of service just don’t matter. No empathy at all for those leaving. And lots of work to get done before the last day. The worst part of the very covert layoff is the 3 separate emails from top leadership thanking everyone for such a fantastic year and how well the company did. They mention looking forward to 2025. Not one word about those leaving the company. Maybe if they didn’t want to bring people down with the truth of what they did, they should have sent the emails after January 3rd when we are all 833 of us are thrown out with the trash. Good riddens. Hyatt, I’m looking for work!
