How do I get my name in the layoffs?

I fit all the criteria and was denied. Ripe to retire, I pleaded up and down the chain to be put on the next layoff list. Ignored. You see, if you're in the thick of the chaos and the single point of failure at your position, there's no way you'll be allowed to leave - and if you do go, it'll be only with the shirt on your back. So I went anyway, as I'm very financially set. I feel for the folks still there - the ELT is there right now todo only one thing: manage this once great companies decline. CSCO is too far gone, lost too much and infected with the wrong people thru most of the critical structures. So push the remnants to India, let it slowly crumble, rot and end up in the Ganges along with the muck and sewage of its people - a fitting end.
Fact you asking this question, you might already be on the list. Give it some time till your on top
Be White, male, 50+ , make a salary around midpoint or above in your job grade. Those are some of the primary targets.
On an all hands turn on camera and je-k off . That should do it

Anytime your manager explains to the team about game plan direction, disagree and state it does not make since. Actually strong use of ‘WHY’ is a sure ticket
You can always make controversial comments in the chat space during a Cisco Beat.
Saying “Hello from xxxx…” every beat multiple times, will surely keep you employed 😀
You can always make controversial comments in the chat space during a Cisco Beat. It's bound to get you on a termination list, just not sure if it would be the LR list.
Bunch of wimps and losers here. All talk but don't have the ba--s to quit or find a new job. No relevant skills
