Thread regarding HP (Hewlett-Packard) layoffs

Next VIA survey

My boss somehow knew it's me who left answers??
Surveys in companies often seem biased due to poor question design, limited answer options, fear of repercussions, management influence, sampling bias, cultural pressures, or selective data interpretation. Ensuring neutrality, anonymity, and transparency can reduce bias(never will apply to HP non bias all about hp being super supportive and a such family but reality very very different).

Normally, I never answered these surveys because the company never really wanted to make things better for employees. The survey gives the impression that the company cares about employees but we know the truth.

Virtually every level of management gets a score so how anonymous do you think you are?

The questions su-k, real, truthful answers don’t fix anything, and OF COURSE it’s not anonymous.
