You can only cut costs so much until you destroy the company. There has never been meaningful and thoughtful reorganization, real vision, and any effort to modernize and invest in the future. We have just been losing ground until we are no more.

It’s happened. There is no going back. Chuckles and Frantic are riding the gravy train until they’re fired. Suggest you do the same.
Don’t think it’s cost cutting . My team let go off 2 people and hired 3 at same level within few months after layoffs.
