Actually if you knew how to read you would see that financing is in place.

Under the terms of the agreement, Xerox will acquire Lexmark for total consideration of $1.5 billion, inclusive of net debt and other assumed liabilities. Xerox expects to finance the acquisition with a combination of cash on hand and committed debt financing.

Close LEX second half of '25 and no financing in place?? Sounds as solid as reimagining reinvention... I'll stay until my paycheck bounces.

I will leave when I am damn good and ready! Until then I will slack off and contribute nothing like a good Xerox employee.

"Maybe you should leave"

You will be leaving at a part of the "cost synergies". You know what that means, right?

Nope. Going to collect my pay while watching Rome burn until the doors close. SB makes me laugh.

Agree! Xerox have done something we needed to do. Secure an OEM relationship, partner, merge, inquire, or sale!

Sit and do nothing and dry up and die, or do something and prolong life in a declining industry.

Leave if you are still whining and get another job, or get on-board earn your pay and try and do your job!
