Train wreck about to happen
Watching this merger is about as exciting as watching two old dementia patients f—k. Actually-that has a better chance of success!
"Thank" the disastrous Ms. Burns for Deason being a thorn in our side.
Two wrongs don’t make a right !
More consolation please!
"Darwin Deason, yes the ACS guy, thru his company DCS Financie LLC put $25M himself ans helped secure $225M more"
He's loaning us back out own money! Probably at 25%. Unsubordinated.
"Who in their right mind would loan Xerox 1.5 billion to buy another failing corporation."

“Oh no, what is the "increase the dividend" guy going to write about now?!“
- Increase the Dividend!
Many more layoffs to come. Mostly XRX side. Thats what cost synergies means...

Look it up yourselves, they’re decreasing the dividend to help cover the cost.

Consolidation had to happen between at least two of the industry players.
Look for two more to jump in the pool, the water isn’t exactly fine but ya gotta get in.
100 more years! The haters are down bad the past few months and I love it!
$200M in cost synergies=layoffs on both sides, and I bet the Lex employees are paid less, so the X ones will go away...
Looks like SteveB gets to keep his job for a while longer
This has been inevitable and been in process for years. Lexmark outsourced service delivery to Xerox years ago, run all their financing through XFS/Fiddle and has been MFG the low end A4 for Xerox as well.
If I was a Lexmark reseller, I'd have alot of questions and be strategizing what other options exist.
Should delay XRX bankruptcy for a bit. Lex is in horrible shape too. Let’s see what the analysts think. Industry consolidates sense but the remaining nitwits will probably make a mess.
