Do your job or some function (s) of your dept., then when you are done training them then Ford is done with you. For the last four years this has happened in Wholesale dept, Vehicle Liquidations, Dealer services and Customer Service at Ford Credit. The bits and pieces of jobs that they have already transferred to these other countries has cost us customers since it now takes so much longer to get things done. A lot of things are done incorrectly too. But Ford does not care. Jan. 3rd and 6th looking like big layoff days. Waiting till people get back from Holiday vacation. Also if anyone noticed when they were putting in their vacation requests for the new year. Single day requests are noe VBID. They are just making sure that the ones they no that the are going to let go don’t use up any calendar space for the employees that they will keep. Just an FYI. Good Luck Everyone.

People are so paranoid on here - wow.
My buddy was working with some teams from India and they all wanted was to relocate to the USA...
They should outsource all the top management jobs in stead of the jobs that are making the company function.
For high-skilled jobs, training can never replace years of experience.
Otherwise a guy from McDonald's could become a Sushi Chef after watching three Youtube videos.
If I was a heartless entitled monied elite like the Class B stockholders, I would have saved the company a lot of money and laid everybody off before Christmas.
I would not worry about training them.
First, they don't understand.
Second, they don't tell you that they don't understand.

Nice, if it was true. Layoffs don't work that way.
Do not train them. Let them remove you for not training them. That is better than training them and losing your job anyway.
