4 major themes keep resurfacing. What’s your take ?

  • The recent acquisition of ITsavvy - what’s impact on current Xerox It resources ?
  • I keep hearing the Canadian inside sales teams are hiring , and hiring aggressively ? Are they going to cut more field sales and try to run small customers through inside sales ?
  • Lexmark - little birds chirping about acquiring Lexmark ? For what ? Why ?
  • Investors lawsuit - this seems much worse than anyone realizes. Thoughts ?

Well - 1 of 4 just got answered. At least the WHAT, now the WHY ??

Yes, there also seems to be alot of hiring in Canada for inside sales. I heard someone attribute this to the Lexmark chatter. I don't believe this as Lexmark doesn't have enough direct business that would be covered remotely. I assume more sales contraction, moving SMB customers to inside sales, reducing field sales headcount further.

I am following with interest as keen to know globally how they plan to implement IT Solutions following ITSavvy processes. It doesn’t work in all places and can see staff and client losses.
