My local Macy's is throwing a "holiday party" with food, music, mocktails, and crafts this weekend. I know it's one of the top stores in the metro area, but it's not a F50. Does this mean it's probably right behind the top 50 stores, or is this something Macy's is doing everywhere?

All stores get funds to do things like that in December (and every month). December budget is higher. Stores decide what to do. Maybe one big thing or a lot of smaller things. Has nothing to do with anything you wrote.
It's not on the list, but thanks for the unhelpful response
It's a going out of business party. It means your store will be one of the 65 on the closing list early next year.
