I’ve been gone from Xerox for months, but I'm still feeling resentful. I put in all the extra hours, worked weekends, and pushed myself to the limit, only for my position to get outsourced. It's been a wake-up call. I'm never going down that road again. The effort I put in didn’t pay off, and now I know better than to sacrifice so much for a job.

Lots of good people have gone down the tube in Xerox..Everyone gets their turn in the barrel no matter how good or how hard you worked ..Job quality and performance is not appreciated or rewarded ..
There are still people here doing it. They believe the BS reinvention nonsense SB team have been peddling. I am old enough it doesn’t matter, but some of the younger people are going to be shocked when the doors close.
Don't be fooled agun jobs didn't disappear . In fact ten time more in China an Japan. Thank NAFTA ki-led 50 million jobs in USA. Our so called government rewarded company's by using taxs to purchase imports

I was in similar situation about 5 years ago when I left. I realized that xrx is shut a S Hole and wish I left sooner as I am doing amazing in my career.
