These town halls never fail to make me HATE our company and who we work for

It's been really nice seeing my teammates/managers leave Medical Solutions. It's been a trickle affect. Once the company lost respect with the employees the ones that had self respect and dignity left the company. Even individuals who had been there for years. Beyond proud of them.

In the end, you cannot treat your employees the way this company has and expect a positive outcome. You end up losing everything including good employees.

You should take note and follow the lead of the top recruiters and best talent. Leave. Medical Solutions is purposefully pushing people out. They don’t want you. It’s performative.

They refuse to see it this way. Everything is because the "recruiters aren't selling". Nevermind that they bog us down all day with administrative tasks.

Company will continue to decline under current “leadership” and model. Medical Solutions/Aureus/ Host is not attractive company for clinicians to work for (I.e., low pay, less job opportunities, high insurance costs, no loyalty bonus, etc.). Burden rate has made us less competitive compared to other companies and new per diem reconciliation policy will drive more clinicians away. Declining numbers and management is still doubling down.

Aureus is also heavy in leadership roles. How’s all that going to work? Also support role duplicity. What a mess.

The only outsourcing I am aware of for some support teams is phillipines. With the rush to get integration done by second quarter there will be duplicity in roles and there is no way there won’t be another layoff.
