Did the bonus make up for the 50% pay cut?

@pko+1w3lg5gH Once you are CL 30 or above you start receiving year-end bonuses. And they can be quite hefty. Think a couple hundred thousand a year on top of base.
Why do you think becoming an exec is so highly coveted? It’s the additional RSUs and cash bonuses. Those combined can nearly triple your effective annual compensation here.
