The attorney for Propel Fuels has asked the judge overseeing Propel Fuels versus Phillips 66 to double the original award against Phillips to $1.2 billion. They could have asked for 3 times the original award.
Is there no end to the bad news?

People have to realize that the issue isn’t only that they lost the lawsuit, but they think this is appropriate business tactics. Phillips and their lawyers think it is acceptable to terminate an NDA and then three days later disclose confidential information to a third party. Even with these damming facts they refuse to admit fault instead relying on their Cr--ker Jack attorneys to simply argue that they shouldn’t get punished because the NDA doesn’t allow punishments. This type of behavior needs to be condemned. The stupid lawyers who thought this was a good strategy for this lawsuit need to be fired.
Gracie Hart is the real Miss Congeniality
Her most recent post on LinkedIn brags about how she was voted “Miss Congeniality” in a beauty pageant…Sigh
What's the over/under on what we end up paying to fix this sc--w-up? I think Commercial could create a betting market. What say you all?
Stock price dropping like a rock while our supposed GC is posting about her beauty pageant exploits on LinkedIn, why worry? Who am I kidding, we need real help now.
