Wondering what the average is based on level and role

You all are tone deaf. In Albuquerque almost no one received shares. Count your blessings. Last year I got 130. First time I've never gotten them . And neither did most of my colleagues. Honestly I'm not smn about that diversity stuff but I think it's cause they think we are d-mb, brown people.
