The world is full of people who are grabbing and self-seeking. So the rare individual who unselfishly tries to serve others has an enormous advantage.
They are absolutely famous for this sh!t. Did RD wear a sweater vest? Smoke a pipe? Did she have a glassy eyed smile? Does he still escape to the bathroom frequently during meetings? Keep an eye on his puffer vest.... if you get a chance, snag it and check the inside pocket. You can probably sell the contents in a back alley for a few bucks. And last piece of advice ..... run like your feet are on fire if he brings over JAY-MEEEE his excitable, mean girl friend.
If this hub BS is what Chief People Person A.T. and CEO tricky D[€kson are pushing, your company is in more trouble . Sounds like business school jargon and pie in the sky thinking. Team up with shareholders to make any kind of change.
Now that was eye opening. You can only be promoted if you are working in a hub.
This is the beginning of a culture drop and not in a good way. With promotion being hub related for managers seems biased. Plus we will see a level of people leaving as the bess person is not getting the position.

No one has the strength to speak up in opposition to management. Has the company had a “fireside “ chat yet? No pun here, CEO and Chief People person use this antiquated 1930’s scene to elicit employees to ask questions when at Mattel. It did not work . It actually did the opposite. It also made them look out of touch. Team up with international shareholders , that is best way to make change.
