The job market is rough right now. It’s tough even for those with experience, education, and skills, and it’s worse for those who’ve let their abilities slip. If you want to find another job after getting laid off – and let’s be real, many of us will be laid off sooner than we think – keep your skills sharp. Just my two cents.

Well we now have less than 75 days to prepare for major RIFs or a new CEO. Let’s pray for the latter.
