Nice divesture but no details on sale price.

I doubt they got much for SI as there is. It much of recurring revenue, mostly project work and they have been struggling for years.

Since viasat is a publicly traded company, they have to release a Form 8-K for any material news. If there’s no 8-K then the deal is very likely inconsequential.

Intelie should go the same way…a complete non-core distraction that offers less than a set of AWS services. Whoever in LV thought this was a good idea should go with it

Not much, it was a small part of the rignet side. More of a distraction. The entire rignet deal was something over $200million.
