Why doesn't Exxon give bonus to hourly employees? Its a fortune 500 company. Surely they can afford 1,000 dollar bonus.

I think their bonus is being bent over
DW has a big bonus waiting for you
Yay! Got my bonus today...
A $10 gift card and a candy cane from my supervisor. Probably bought by them for the group, not from corporate.
I wish we got 6 weeks minimum on the salaries side. It starts at 2 weeks based off of experience.
They don't even realllllllly give bonuses to salaried employees.
Why not give them a bonus, MPTs can have 9x80s, free lunch for all and everyone gets minimum of 6 weeks vacation
They do. It’s just not broadcasted. Like ours a couple years ago. Just certain groups.
Benchmarking shows hourly personnel are over paid.
That is a great idea, please send an email to DW with your business justification
If you don’t get a response within a day try again
Hourly employees aren't human, that's why.
Differentiated pay for differential performance is a pillar of the compensation model.
Because they're just "labor" with no specific skills or sense of hard work.
Please note sarcasm
Hey don't you get paid enough or good raises? How about those fictitious RSUs? We don't need a bonus as we get love. You know "All you need is love". I only come to exxon for the good treatment, respect and love I receive from the wonderful employees. Come on don't be greedy who do you think you are dareen woods with 30,000 shares of exxon stock.
The poors are begging again.
Darren needs the money, don't be greedy.
