Have to give credit where due - leadership has clearly thought “out of the box” in naming two leaders with no upstream experience at the top of the two Upstream businesses. Question is - does this stop at the top leadership? Shouldn’t other levels of management also borrow a leaf and think outside the box? Not suggesting that all run out and hire external candidates, but may be - just may be - the options thrown up by the internal system are not the best for some roles?

Out of Minds is more appropriate than out of the box.
Almost as bad as hiring an accountant from a liq-or distribution company as CFO.
Should have shown true commitment and moved both Executive positions to BTC.
