Everything always stays the same. There’s no progress, no efficiency, no spark of improvement. Then add constant whispers of layoffs, miserable raises, useless bonuses, and a forced return to the office, and you get a perfect storm for making people stop caring altogether.

Add to your list hire poor leaders and people who don’t belong in their position. People who don’t lead but think they should be in even more responsible roles!
I stopped caring when my manager kept giving the credit for my work to his favorites. Now I make sure I do the absolute minimum, never going above and beyond.
It's only fair that those with LTIP to face the pressure from BB. At least they are compensated well!
Those who have LTIP drive others crazy. My manager love to burn us down just to justify hefty pay she get. Then gives us 100pt in everyday win saying great work. How about a actual raise?
Only those eligible for LTIP will care as they have strong incentives to drive results as they benefit from it.
