Only the hourly Cambridge employees were affected so far. The office/salary employees are likely next.

The 20 in Cambridge were hourly, between both shifts. Next will probably be some office folk
Not exactly a layoff, but the Mequon Ops Quality Manager got fired earlier this month. The only place you will find Quality at Rockwell is on the AB logo. You could fund a small country with all the scrap and warranty costs.
I'm not certain why it's referred to as DDO, but it represents the combined marketing teams of RA, Plex, and Fiix. Led by a new clueless leadership team, full of Power point jockeys
For the most recent 20 in Cambridge, was it hourly or salary? If hourly, did they just get rid of a whole shift?
What is the DDO org?
Likely More office layoffs are coming for Cambridge between Jan 20 and 29
Tariffs Jan 20
Q1 earnings call on Jan 29
Atleast 4 laid off this morning in DDO Org
20 people laid off in Cambridge this week
The q1FY25 earnings call will hint at the future cost reduction efforts. Q3 and Q4 FY24 calls did not sound Optimistic and indicated cuts.
I knew Rockwell was finally on the decline when it mandated two days of BS DEI training about two years ago.
When is blake going to man up and not take a salary and all senior executives should not receive any more stock bonus for the next 3-5 years. Or at least until when ra is back on its feet. That is awesome they get millions from stock bonus and we see 1-2 percent pay increases like every 18-24 months. What a f@@king joke.
Well q1FY25 earnings call will hint at the future cost reduction efforts. Q3 and Q4 FY24 calls were not
Optimistic and indicated cuts.
email is 18 months. if you are an active employee, just look at an email you received and it will show you the "expire" date. I know it's the holiday season, but I think some of you have had too much eggnog - don't drink and type : )
Email is automatically deleted after 1 year.
What job title do you have that they "make you" delete your emails after 3 months? The email retention policy is 18 months for the rest of us. Maybe you are referring to Teams Chat that has a 3 month retention?
Assuming the person that made the 3 month claim is a Rockwell employee, that is telling of the "talent" that is left and the disinformation they spread - God help us all.
Sadly, there are too many digital paper pushers, email forwarders, ppt, arm chair, non value add, meeting attenders mid level managers / directors disconnected from products and customer whose only roles are report up numbers generated from the PowerBI.
The fact that a thread was deleted makes this entire platform untrustable.
Why was the "Veena's out" thread deleted? That news is accurate per an internal email even if it hasn't been announced publicly. How are we supposed to trust this site if the "moderator" is going to censor us? Why is the "moderator" taking sides?
I wonder how much Veena made in her short tenure? Shareholders should ask for a refund. The money would be better spent on something stupid, like a hydroponic tomato garden in the clocktower. Oh wait, Blake made that decision too. What a dolt!
Change must start at the top, where leaders commit to measurable results and hold their teams accountable. Chairman and CEO, Blake Moret, has signed two pledges to demonstrate our commitment to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Through these programs, our leaders cultivate a workplace where diverse backgrounds, perspectives and experiences are welcomed, respected and valued.
If you actually deliver value or are of the groups we don’t care about, pi-s off.
Most if not all the RA VPs are sales/ .ppt wonks. Blake was an average salesman. Sadly, None of them are
“founder” or “visionary” types.
None of them have any actual hard skills. The fact that Veena lasted this long at this level is shocking!
Veena probably quit. Blake has made so many mistakes in the past 5 years. It is amazing the board or the investors don’t notice. Well, maybe the investors as the board is picked by him. Why would you bring someone from outside to do your m&a when experience with automation and manufacturing in YOUR space is the most critical thing. Can’t wait to see the next mo--n picked for the job. Probably will be some vp wonk who produces good PowerPoints and has created no value. Maybe the little guy who helped with the ptc debacle.
The queen of DEI is out. She knew nothing about strategy or M&A and barely understood the products after 3 years. Such a waste.
DEI = Didn't Earn It
DEI, diversity equity and inclusion. It's being used as a slur whenever someone talks about "how bad it is"
What is DEI?
Veena K is out
The older white male managers are more at risk then their DEI protected counterparts.
Cost reduction efforts through layoffs, shadow layoffs, quiet firing, and attrition will continue throughout the year.
It has been quiet but Blake will cut a little at a time. Support functions and competent but older managers not protected by dei. Did you listen to the word salad and nothing burger speeches at autofair? Customers and distributors know!
